Update: Their representatives contacted via call and email and I am changing the ratings as well for now. What they have is an automated response. For the past two days, I have told them many times that my balance got deducted and they ask me to select trip ID, to which I replied that I am not sure which it is. The response I get is they will look into the matter. Now when I ask after 24 hours, they again ask me to select trip ID, to which I again reply that I am sure of it and they again say they will look into the matter.
